Workspace settings
Tabs for general workspace info, tracking behavior, CRM integrations, and the danger zone.
Where to find it
Click Settings in the sidebar, or jump straight to /settings. Settings are organized into four tabs.
General
Read-only info about your workspace:
- Name. The label shown in the top-left of the dashboard.
- Owner. The email of the account that created the workspace.
- Script key. The
data-keyvalue embedded in the install snippet. Don't share it publicly — anyone with it could send fake pageviews to your workspace. - Created. When the workspace was provisioned.
Tracking
Three groups of toggles control what LeadLens records and when it spends AI budget.
AI analysis
- Analyze contact sessions. Runs AI on every ended session from an identified contact. On by default.
- Analyze anonymous sessions. Runs AI on every ended session from an anonymous visitor. Off by default — anonymous volume is usually higher, so this can run up your bill.
Both have a manual fallback: with auto-analyze off, sessions still record normally and you can hit Analyze on the ones worth a summary.
Visitor location
- Location for contacts. Adds country / region / city to identified-contact sessions.
- Location for anonymous visitors. Same for anonymous sessions. Requires anonymous tracking below.
Both are off by default. Raw IPs are never persisted; see Visitor location for the full story.
Anonymous tracking
- Track anonymous visitors. Opt-in. Captures sessions from visitors who land without a tracked or merge-tag link. See Anonymous visitors.
Integrations
Connect a CRM or marketing platform to sync contacts into LeadLens automatically. HubSpot is live today; Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Zoho, Close, and Intercom are queued up. See CRM integrations for the connect flow and what gets imported.
Danger zone
The bottom of the settings page lets you delete the whole workspace. It's irreversible. Every contact, session, recording, AI insight, and integration goes away.
