AI insights

An intent label, a plain-English summary, key moments, and a suggested next step — generated automatically for every session.

What you get back

For every analyzed session you get four things:

  • Intent badge. One short label like Evaluating pricing, Comparing competitors, or Implementation research.
  • Summary. Two or three sentences describing what they actually read and did.
  • Key moments. Timestamps in the replay where something interesting happened. A long pause on pricing, a scroll to the bottom of a case study, that kind of thing.
  • Recommended next step. One concrete action you could take this week, grounded in the contact's notes and what they actually did in the session.

When it runs

By default, every session is analyzed automatically when it ends, even if the visitor closes the tab the instant they're done. You don't have to wait or click anything.

If you'd rather drive it yourself, switch to manual mode in /settings. With auto-analyze off, sessions still record normally. You just click Analyze on the ones you want a summary for.

Quality depends on context

The single biggest lever for insight quality is the contact's Notes field. Compare:

  • No notes → "Visitor read the pricing page and a case study."
  • "Evaluating us against Vendor X for Q3 rollout, 200 seats" → "Looking for justification on per-seat pricing for a 200-seat rollout. Spent 90 seconds on the enterprise tier and re-read the SOC 2 section twice. Send the Vendor-X comparison one-pager."

Manual re-analysis

Updated a contact's notes after a session was already analyzed? Click Re-analyze on the session and you'll get a fresh insight with the new context.
