Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.
Do my visitors need to log in or accept anything?
No. The tracked link forwards them to your real URL and quietly attaches their identity to the visit. From the visitor's perspective they just clicked a link.
What if someone forwards a tracked link to a colleague?
Both clicks will be attributed to the original contact you generated the link for. Generate one link per recipient.
Will it work on a single-page app?
Yes. LeadLens picks up in-app navigation automatically, so SPAs work without extra setup.
Does it slow my site down?
The script is about 6 KB, loads with defer, and does no work at all for visitors who didn't arrive via a tracked link. We haven't been able to measure any real-user performance impact in our tests.
Can I track custom analytics events?
Not yet. Today LeadLens captures pageviews and the session replay. Custom events are on the roadmap.
Can multiple teammates share a workspace?
One user per workspace today. Multi-user teams are on the roadmap. Email us if it's blocking you.
Can I track visitors who didn't click a link?
Yes — turn on Anonymous tracking in Settings → Tracking. Those sessions land under the Anonymous tab in /people. See Anonymous visitors for the details.
Can I sync contacts from my CRM?
HubSpot is live today. Salesforce, Pipedrive, Attio, Zoho, Close, and Intercom are queued up. See CRM integrations.
What happens if I delete a contact?
Their sessions, recordings, and AI insights are removed. Their tracked links stop working right away.
What's not in LeadLens yet?
Email sending, campaign builder, heatmaps, A/B testing, multi-user teams, and mobile-app recording. We're focused on getting the core loop (tracked link → identified session → AI insight) right first.
