Using LeadLens
People
The People hub lists identified contacts and (optionally) anonymous visitors side by side. Add contacts by hand, import via CSV, or sync from your CRM.
The People hub
/people is the home for everyone LeadLens knows about. Two tabs:
- Identified. Contacts with an email. Sortable by intent score, last seen, and session count.
- Anonymous. Visitors captured without an email — only visible when you've turned on anonymous tracking.
Click any row to open the detail page with their full session history, tracked link, and AI insights.
What a contact is
A contact needs a name and an email, at minimum. You can also add:
- Company. Used by the AI when summarizing intent.
- Notes. Free-form context that gets passed to the AI. Things like evaluating us against Vendor X, or asked about enterprise SSO last call.
Notes are the highest-leverage field. Anything you put in there shows up in the AI's next-step recommendation, so it pays to write more than less.
Adding contacts one by one
On /people, click New contact. A panel slides out. Fill in the fields and save. The new contact lands at the top of the list with a tracked-link generator ready to go.
Importing via CSV
For bulk uploads, use /contacts/import. The importer auto-detects column headers and lets you map them, so you don't need an exact format. Recognized fields:

Rows with a duplicate email get skipped, so existing contacts are never overwritten.
Syncing from a CRM
LeadLens can pull contacts straight from your CRM and keep the list fresh on an hourly schedule. HubSpot is live today; other platforms are queued up. See CRM integrations for the setup.
The contact detail page
Clicking a contact opens their detail page. Three things live here:
- Tracked link generator. Paste any destination URL on your site, get back a short tracked link.
- Session history. Every recorded session, newest first, with intent badge, duration, and (when geo is on) location pill.
- Manual analyze button. Re-runs the AI on a specific session, useful after you've updated the contact's notes.
